Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if a product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged products returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. If a product is determined to be damaged or defective and a refund or exchange is requested, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a refund or exchange is appropriate.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
