Shipping policy

Our current handling time for all orders is approximately 2 to 3 business days from cleared payment. We ship via USPS Monday-Friday, 52 weeks a year, except for holidays listed below.

Timberline Botanical is closed on the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Weekend
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day

In the rare event that a shipping carrier does not deliver your package correctly or on time, Timberline Botanical is not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries that occur due to circumstances outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, unexpected carrier delays, weather-related delays, mechanical issues, “Signature Required” delivery policies, missed delivery notices, limited delivery speed availability in certain areas, incorrectly entered shipping information, or missed driver package drop-offs by the recipient.
